This cru of 49.70ha
(46.50ha in production) belongs to Jacky Lorenzetti since 2009. A qualitative improvement
is going on since. The vineyard was expanded by the purchase of the terroirs of
‘Milon’ and ‘Mousset’ in 2010. The new cuverie is being used since 2014 (works
for 100% to the principles of gravity, no pumps are used), this allows parcel
vinification and slow cold pre-fermentation. This quality advantage means that
there is more time to slowly give color and aroma to the juice. Shortly, this
new vinification material allows to work very fine and quality-oriented to
bring the cru to the level of its ranking. The owner succeeds very well!
