This cru is property of
Claire Villars-Lurton (just like Ch. Ferrière). Ch. Haut Bages Libéral has a
beautifully situated terroir divided into 3 parcels. The first is situated
around the chateau, the second in front of Ch. Pichon Comtesse (next to Ch.
Latour) and the third on the plateau of Ch. Lynch Bages (not far from Ch. Grand
Puy Lacoste). They are excellent parcels which give the wine a strong structure,
but also elegant and rich in fruits.
