This is the second
wine of Ch. Haut Brion, which was called ‘Bahans Haut Brion’ before. The name
‘Clarence’ is a homage to the American banker Clarence Dillon that bought the
estate in 1935. His descendant prince Robert de Luxembourg is now director and
owner. The second wine is of a very high level and can compete with the first
wines of many other Pessac Léognans.
