This wine is vinified
by Louis Mitjavile, son of François Mitjavile (Tertre Rôteboeuf, Roc de
Cambes). To the question whether the son follows his father’s style, his father
answered: ‘He appreciates my style, he works to my principles of smoothness,
very high quality of the fruits and to the ideas of evolution of tastes, but I offer
him his freedom because a son needs to push away his father’. The fact is that
this wine is very complex, very ripe and beautiful and it surely deserves your
attention! A chateau to keep an eye on in the future!
